What we provide, what we don't, and the rules of the road

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Strategy OS website, public dashboard, and authenticated panel operated by NOVENTRA SYSTEMS S.R.L. (“we,” “us,” “Strategy OS”). By submitting an application, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you accept these Terms.

2. What Strategy OS is

Strategy OS is a research, analytics, and workflow product. The service may include, depending on the tier you subscribe to:

• Research output derived from public SEC filings and other public data sources.
• A workflow panel for tracking strategies, runs, decisions, and outcomes you submit or generate.
• Audit reports comparing your own backtest, paper, and live trading data, including paper/live divergence analysis and alpha decay scoring.
• An AI Console that summarizes context from your workspace and produces operator-facing review notes.

3. What Strategy OS is not

Strategy OS does not provide personalized investment advice, does not recommend specific securities for your portfolio, does not execute trades in any brokerage account on your behalf, and does not guarantee any trading outcome.

Nothing on the website, the dashboard, the panel, the AI Console, the email digest, or any audit report is a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Any trading decision you make is your own responsibility.

Strategy OS is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, or commodity pool operator in any jurisdiction. If your use case requires regulated advice, you must consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to apply or hold an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for the security of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may decline applications or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for abuse, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.

5. Subscription, billing, and refunds

• Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. The applicable price and billing cadence are shown at checkout and on the public pricing page at the time of purchase.
• You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal link inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, paid amounts for elapsed service periods are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, republish, or commercially redistribute the output of the service without our written consent.
• Use the service to attack, probe, scrape at industrial scale, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the infrastructure.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through any intake endpoint, including the audit upload flow.
• Use the service in a jurisdiction or in a way that would make the provision of the service unlawful for us.

7. Intellectual property

Strategy OS, NOVENTRA SYSTEMS S.R.L., the getinsideredge.com domain, all source code, documentation, methodology descriptions, and report templates are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

You retain ownership of the trading data and strategy descriptions you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and for internal aggregate analytics in fully anonymized form.

8. Past performance and disclaimers

Backtest results, paper-trading simulations, and historical signal selections referenced anywhere on the service are hypothetical. They are derived from past data with specific cost assumptions documented at /methodology and at /risk-disclosure. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual trades and individual strategies can and do lose, including amounts greater than initial expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is capped at the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or trading losses, regardless of the legal theory.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or for any other lawful operational reason. On termination, your authenticated access ends. Public site content remains accessible to you on the same terms as any other visitor.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, save for any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
